- Free U.S. shipping on every order. No minimum, no codes.
- Handling time: 1–2 business days.
- Transit time: 2–4 business days for most U.S. addresses.
- Tracking: emailed automatically when your order ships.
- International: not available yet — we’re working on it.
Subscription deliveries
Subscription jars ship on the same cadence each month. You’ll get a renewal reminder three days before billing so you can pause, skip, or change cadence. Manage everything from your account.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love it. If you don’t, send your order back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Even if the jar is partially used.

How returns work
- Email us within 30 days of delivery.
- We’ll send a prepaid return label.
- Once your return is scanned by the carrier, we issue a refund to your original payment method (3–5 business days).
Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or never shows up, email info@urbanrootsfarms.comwithin 14 days. We’ll send a replacement at no cost.
Subscription cancellations
Cancel any time from your account portal— no calls, no friction. If you cancel before your renewal processes, you’re not charged for the next shipment.
