    Organic, non-GMO seed lots in our Scottsdale grow rooms. Purified water, purified air, no pesticides.

    Peak harvest.

    Cut by hand at the moment vitamin density peaks. Days early or late and the curve drops off.

  3. 03 · Within hours

    Freeze-dried at –40 °C.

    Cold preserves up to 98% of nutrients. Industry spray-drying at 150 °C destroys 40 to 60%.
