What's the difference between TrueMicro and TrueMyco?+
TrueMicro is seven certified organic microgreens (Rambo Radish, Arugula, Pea Tendrils, Broccoli, Kale, Red Acre Cabbage, Detroit Dark Red Beets), freeze-dried at peak harvest. TrueMyco is everything in TrueMicro plus three functional mushrooms (Chaga, Cordyceps, Lion's Mane) grown and extracted by Mycolove Farm. If you want pure greens, choose TrueMicro. If you want the full spectrum for energy, focus, and recovery, choose TrueMyco.
Is this a supplement?+
No. TrueMicro and TrueMyco are conventional foods, not dietary supplements. The label is a Nutrition Facts panel, not a Supplement Facts panel. There are no DSHEA disclaimers because none are required. This is freeze-dried whole food.
How is it different from AG1, IM8, or Grüns?+
Three structural differences. First, ingredient stage: we use peak-harvest microgreens (4–40× the nutrients of mature vegetables), not dried mature plants. Second, processing: we freeze-dry at −40°C, preserving up to 98% of nutrients, vs. spray-drying at 150°C which destroys 40–60%. Third, transparency: every dose is disclosed. We don't use proprietary blends.
Is it safe for kids?+
Yes. TrueMicro is whole organic food and safe for the entire family. Most parents start kids with a quarter teaspoon in a smoothie and work up. TrueMyco contains functional mushrooms, appropriate for most children but worth a quick conversation with your pediatrician for kids under five.
When should I take it?+
Whenever fits your routine. Most customers take TrueMicro in the morning with water, juice, or a smoothie. TrueMyco often pairs with morning coffee or a pre-workout drink because Cordyceps and Lion's Mane support energy and focus.
Can I take it with coffee?+
Yes. Many TrueMyco customers stir it directly into their morning coffee. The taste is mild and earthy. There's no interaction with caffeine.
What does it taste like?+
Mild, earthy, slightly green. Closer to matcha than wheatgrass. Most customers add it to smoothies, juice, or oatmeal where the flavor blends in completely.
Where is it made?+
Microgreens are grown, harvested, and freeze-dried at our indoor facility in Scottsdale, Arizona. We control the seed, the soil, the water, and the harvest. The functional mushrooms in TrueMyco are grown and extracted by Mycolove Farm. We name them on the panel because we're proud of where they come from.
